8:00 am – Welcome & arrival coffee
Start the day together in the inviting atmosphere of our MÜHLRADSTUBE. With freshly brewed coffee and a selection of pastries, your delegates will be warmly welcomed by our team. This first hour leaves plenty of space for social exchange: an ideal time for valuable informal conversations, while everyone tunes in for the presentations ahead.
9:00 am – Now it’s time: a focused start in the conference room
In the modern, air-conditioned conference rooms BAYERN or FRANKEN, equipped with professional AV set-up, your meeting begins with an inspiring keynote in front of the large projection screen. The agenda is introduced and participants are welcomed by our professional conference management. If your group includes more than 50 people, we’ll be happy to set up our MÜHLRADSTUBE as your conference room – with comfortable seating for up to 80 participants.
11:00 am – Take a breath: a creative break
Heads spinning? After an intensive session, it’s time for a creative break in the green open spaces of the MÜHLENPARK, which covers over 12,000 m² (129,167 sq ft). Fresh air and the scenic surroundings provide the perfect backdrop to playfully juggle ideas – or simply not talk about work for a moment. A short walk through the park quickly gets thoughts moving again and opens new perspectives.
12:30 pm – Lunch & informal networking
Lunch is served: now participants can enjoy a delicious lunch buffet on our spacious terrace or in the restaurant, where regional specialities are waiting. The ideal opportunity to talk with colleagues while looking out over the MÜHLENPARK right outside the window and getting to know faces within the team – enjoying the regional kitchen.
2:00 pm – Workshops & breakout sessions: ideal spaces for productive breakouts
Refreshed and refuelled, your teams move into intensive workshops and breakout sessions. In small groups, equipped with materials for creative work, they can dive into lively discussions in our rustic, freshly renovated STÜBERL – or let ideas flow freely in the OVAL-PARKOFFICE, a separate hut for confidential conversations in a peaceful setting in the park. The subsequent presentation to the plenary will showcase innovative solutions, which are then discussed in an engaging feedback round.
4:00 pm – Recharge before the final round: coffee break on the terrace
An intensive working day is ending. Before the final sessions, participants gather for a relaxed coffee break on our spacious terrace, exchanging thoughts while enjoying the beautiful view of the MÜHLENPARK. The fresh air helps everyone recharge for the concluding meetings.
5:00 pm – Full focus: closing discussion and outlook
Back in the conference room, the meeting concludes with a final discussion and an outlook on future projects. Together, the key takeaways of the day are summarised clearly for everyone on the large projection screen, and the next steps are planned.
6:00 pm – Evening networking: relaxed conversations and stronger connections
To round off the day, we invite you to a relaxed evening on our terrace. In an easy-going atmosphere, participants can deepen the day’s conversations over a glass of wine or a refreshing drink and strengthen newly made connections. We also serve culinary highlights from the region – alternatively, we’ll set the stage once again with a stylish business dinner in the MÜHLRADSTUBE.
8:00 pm – A cosy finale by the fire circle: togetherness and relaxation under the stars
The crackling flames of the campfire cast a warm glow on participants’ faces. With drinks in hand and gentle guitar music in the background, lively conversations continue around our fire circle. Glasses clink in toasts and laughter comes easily. If you prefer something even more relaxed, our hotel bar offers an inviting place to end the day in good company – or head to our clubroom with colleagues for a round of billiards, table football or pinball.

… then it belongs in our Mühlradstube. The elaborate ceiling and wall frescoes create an extremely representative, almost palace-like atmosphere. The truly special fascination, however, comes from our waterwheel right outside the window – especially at night.
