YOGA RETREAT & BREAKFAST IN THE SERENE NUERNBERG COUNTRYSIDE
An energetic yoga flow awaits you in the morning with a delicious, healthy breakfast in the idyllic Hotel Kainsbacher Mühle. The yoga class takes place in the old garden of the hotel, in bad weather, we move the yoga class to the cosy yoga room. The routine lasts about 60 minutes, after which you can enjoy a healthy breakfast to get your day off to a perfect start.
For breakfast, you can choose from seasonal and regional specialities. A highlight being the hotel’s home-baked “mill bread”! You can select your preferred breakfast option below. If there are any additional changes or requests, please let us know when you place your order.

Breakfast is a buffet. If you choose the DELUXE BREAKFAST, extras food options are available, which aren’t available through the standard breakfast package.

In the event of bad weather, the course can be omitted or moved to the interior of the hotel. In this case, we will inform you via email in advance.
