REGIONAL SPECIALITIES
We value our connection to the surroundings. That’s why we only use high-quality, genuine, fresh products directly from regional cultivation. Look forward to good, down-to-earth cuisine from Franconia and the neighboring Upper Palatinate.
Enjoy freshly caught fish directly from the fish traps in our Mühlbach, or our freshly baked, in-house mill-spelt bread from the wood-fired oven.
HALF BOARD OFFER
Enjoy our half-board offer – available as an additional booking – which provides you with a selection of changing, seasonal, and regional dishes every day. Our chef conjures up a variety of culinary delights for you with passion and creativity.
Depending on how busy you are, you have the option of either helping yourself to our starter buffet or receiving a personally served starter. A selection of main courses awaits you afterwards, with at least three delicious options to choose from – whether you prefer fish, meat, or vegetarian dishes.
To round off your culinary enjoyment, we serve you a tempting dessert.
Alternatively, and depending on your choice of cuisine, dinner can also be presented as a half-board buffet.
Our restaurant is open Monday to Friday from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
From Easter to October, we are open on Saturdays and Sundays only with prior reservation/request (excluding house guests).
Breakfast for our hotel guests is served from 7 am to 10 am, and on weekends and public holidays from 7:30 am to 10 am.
